Sonar Spark is seeking a motivated and strategic Leadership Development Associate to support our leadership training programs, talent growth initiatives, and organizational development projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in leadership, coaching, and professional development, and offers hands-on experience in shaping future business leaders.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs and workshops

Support the assessment and tracking of participant progress and performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify development needs and solutions

Conduct research and contribute to program materials, presentations, and case studies

Maintain accurate documentation and program evaluation metrics

Participate in planning, organizing, and facilitating leadership events or sessions

Monitor industry trends to recommend improvements or innovations

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or corporate programs

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Demonstrated interest in leadership, learning, and personal development

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

High level of professionalism and organizational skills
