A company is looking for an Area Business Lead, LTC. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies for the Long-Term Care (LTC) ecosystem Lead a team of Neuroscience LTC Specialists to drive clinical demand and improve patient and customer experiences Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within LTC facilities to enhance customer engagement and outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred Experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare management, particularly in the LTC sector Proven success in leading account managers or partnership managers in the LTC environment Strong track record in coaching and developing talent in LTC-focused teams In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks specific to LTC
