RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 support to end user customers.
- Ability to resolve challenging technical problems efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring service stability.
- Ability to resolve complex / specialized issues by conducting in-depth analysis and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with other internal IT team members such as network administrators and system engineers) to solve problems as needed.
- Interpreting technical data, using a variety of methods and approaches.
REQUIRED EDUCATION :
This is a DCWF Role 441-Intermediate position. Must possess one of the following : A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.CEH, Cloud+, GCIH, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP CertificationDoD / Military Training as outlined in the DoD CWF Matrix for Role 441-Intermediate.Possess an AVAYA VoIP certification or equivalent VoIP network management certification. In lieu of a certification, the Government will accept documented experience with VoIP network operations.REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE :
