Program Specialist

A company is looking for a Program Specialist to manage customer outreach and develop business relationships. Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach to customers and generate referrals and revenue from leads Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs and collaborate with teams for successful referral conversions Address customer service issues and provide excellent customer support Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree or 2 to 5 years of related experience and / or training Federal government clearance may be required for handling sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Office software and navigating web browsers Ability to work independently and in a team environment Must be able to manage moderate to significant mental stress due to workload
