Job Description

Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders. Support data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements using data analytics tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Analyst should have :

• A strong background in data analysis, preferably within the insurance or technology industries.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office Suite is imperative.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to present data insights clearly to stakeholders.
• A degree in a related field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics is preferred.
