Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide expert advice on insurance products and coverage options.

Conduct policy reviews and recommend adjustments based on client needs.

Assist clients with claims processing and inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.

Develop and implement strategies to increase policy sales and retention.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and enhance customer experience.

Requirements :

Active insurance license in property and casualty.

Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients.
