Legal Front Office Coordinator in La Jolla, CA

We are seeking an outgoing and reliable Front Office Coordinator / Receptionist to join a dynamic Law firm in La Jolla. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for their clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, detail oriented with a positive attitude and able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Additional Details :

  • Location : La Jolla (UTC)
  • Pay : $25-$28 / hour
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
  • Duration : DIRECT HIRE
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience in the Legal industry would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
