The Sales Representative is a key driver of growth, focused on aggressive prospecting and securing new accounts to maximize top-line revenue. With a hunter mentality, you will actively pursue new business and develop influential relationships with potential external customers. This position takes full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial customer contact to identifying tailored product solutions and ensuring seamless execution of customer needs.

Responsibilities :
Continuing to accelerate commercial growth in MCC's RFID Smart Packaging platformWorking with customers across end markets and use cases, including home & personal care, logistics, food & beverage, and wine and spirits marketsLeveraging internal resources to assess customer needs and provide strategic recommendations, all while aligning with both regional and organizational goalsStrong business acumen, financial insight, and critical thinking are essential for making informed, strategic decisionsBecoming subject matter experts in their field by continuously analyzing market trends, economic conditions, the competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovationActing as the main point of contact for clients, collaborating with experts, and building long-term business relationshipsThis role requires travel to various customer sites, participation in meetings, and adaptability to diverse work environmentsCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment on strategic objectivesUtilizing CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline development, and forecasting accuracy, ensuring data-driven sales planning and performance analysisDeveloping sales plans, executing and delivering compelling presentations, and utilizing marketing materials to promote company objectivesRepresenting the company at tradeshows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance visibilityMeeting and exceeding quarterly, monthly, and annual sales goals while collaborating with internal teams on pricing and terms to accelerate growthQualifications :
BA / BS in a related field or related equivalent work experience in related field5+ years of sales experienceValid driver's license is requiredA hunter mind-set and the ability to be persistent to close new business winsExperience in selling packaging or label product linesExperience with CRM systems preferredExperience with the suite of Microsoft products; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etcAbility to navigate complex and elongated sales cyclesResults drivenIntense focus on serving the customerTravel required : 50% domesticallyThis is a remote role- Preferred candidate location : Eastern or Central Time ZonesOvernight travel will be requiredDiversity & Inclusion :
