Nurse Practitioner Manager

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner Manager to lead and inspire a remote team of Nurse Practitioners across multiple states. Key Responsibilities Oversee provider performance, documentation quality, and risk adjustment accuracy Guide training, coaching, and development of Nurse Practitioners while fostering a supportive team culture Collaborate cross-functionally to refine workflows and improve operational processes Required Qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active and unrestricted license 5-7 years of clinical NP experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of HCC coding, risk adjustment, and MEAT documentation standards Experience overseeing documentation quality through audits and reviews Technologically proficient in EMRs and communication tools
