This is a hybrid role with a 2 day per week on site requirement

Systems Analyst – Governance, Risk & Compliance
We are seeking a dedicated Systems Analyst to support critical enterprise applications and compliance initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role combines application development, documentation, and security governance to ensure systems remain efficient, compliant, and resilient. You’ll collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements, enhance existing applications, and guide projects through structured methodologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, update, and maintain applications using the .NET technology stack.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear specifications (JavaScript, Azure DevOps).
- Create and maintain system documentation, including requirements, test plans, user guides, and security documentation.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders; clearly present complex information in an accessible way.
- Support compliance activities, including drafting and maintaining System Security Plans (SSPs) aligned with NIST 800-53.
- Assist with change management, impact analysis, and risk assessment for proposed updates.
- Contribute to project planning by providing accurate work estimates and validating schedules.
- Participate in testing activities, validate results, and manage defect tracking.
- Develop and deliver training materials to support end-user adoption.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.3+ years of experience in security governance, risk, and compliance.Proficiency with .NET technologies and scripting languages (JavaScript).Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for requirements management and tracking.Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed deliverables.Familiarity with structured project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Prior experience working in a government or regulated industry highly preferred.Vital Tech Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action employer.
