What We're Looking For :

As we expand, we're looking for a creative and tech-savvy video ad creator who can harness AI tools to produce compelling, high-conversion video content that drives awareness and engagement across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing short-form video ads using AI-powered tools. These ads will support marketing campaigns for our new consumer loan products and help shape AmeriSave's brand voice in a competitive financial landscape.

What You'll Do :

Create engaging video ads using AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Descript, etc.)

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align video content with campaign goals

Optimize videos for performance across platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Stay current with trends in AI video generation and digital advertising

Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

What You'll Need :

Proven experience creating video ads using AI tools

Strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling and visual impact

Familiarity with performance marketing and A / B testing

Excellent communication and project management skills

Bonus : Experience in fintech or consumer lending industries

Compensation : Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $100,000 - $150,000.
