About the Role
As our Senior Data Analyst, you will be the driving force behind our data infrastructure and insights. You'll partner with engineering to ensure clean, reliable data pipelines, gather requirements from business stakeholders, and make dashboards and reports available in user-friendly formats. Your primary focus will be bringing visibility to our AI Receptionist product funnel, signups, revenue, and churn, as well as financial and customer data across all product lines. This is a high-impact role reporting to our data leadership with the opportunity to build our data foundation from the ground up.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvolve Data Foundation
- Design and implement data warehouse architecture
- Scale up data pipelines from various sources
- Create data governance framework and documentation
- Define data quality standards and monitoring processes
Build Out Analytics Infrastructure
Create first versions of critical dashboardsEstablish tracking for key business metricsDesign scalable reporting processesDevelop and Automate Reporting
Create and maintain dashboards for key business metricsBuild automated reporting systems for regular business reviewsPartner with Growth team to implement A / B testing analytics frameworkDrive Business Intelligence
Partner with different departments to understand their data needsConduct deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunitiesProvide data-driven recommendations for business decisionsSupport Cross-Functional Projects
Work with product teams to ensure key events are logged properlyTrack and report on company KPIs, including partnering with Operations and FinanceAutomate and ensure data integrity in weekly business review dashboardsData Democratization

Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilitiesData integration expertise – ability to stitch together data from multiple sources to generate insightsTechnical foundation with experience building data infrastructure from scratchStatistical analysis skills and ability to translate complex findings into actionable insightsExperience with data pipelines and ELT processes4-7 years experience in data analysis at early-stage or scaling-stage startupsPrioritization skills to manage competing demands and identify highest-impact metricsProficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Grafana)Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience writing complex queriesDetail-oriented with strong quality control practices in data managementExcellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersSelf-motivated with demonstrated ability to work autonomously on greenfield projectsNice to Have

Location & Work Environment
