THE ROLE
The Marketing Measurement team is a data team at heart. We provide data to various stakeholders to enable marketing efforts at scale across our business. This includes facilitating marketing reporting via data pulled from API, providing data to use for audience building and campaign creation, and implementing server to server feeds to improve campaign optimization and increase signal.
We are looking for an individual with a passion for working with Marketing Data & Technology to join our team. Your goal will be to leverage Live Nation's wide array of data assets along withdisparate data from third party marketing APIs to improve data products for the enterprise and drive success of marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate knows how to work in a product-driven team to deliver value to stakeholders, is experienced in structured data warehouses, and has a solid understandingof Media Measurement. Strategic efforts will emphasize optimization of data delivery practices and ongoing implementation of Data Governance principles. This role requires a keen eye for data accuracy and integrity, ensuring that all marketing data is reliable and trustworthy. Independent contributions will be made in the form of supporting consumer questions, assisting with product delivery tasks, comparing data from disparate sources, and delivering ad-hoc analyses.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Product Management Support : Participate in the product delivery lifecycle for data products through requirements gathering, ad-hoc validation, and advocating for the best data consumer experience.
DataReliability : Support the operational outputs of ETL pipelines, ensuring that themarketing data entering the database is reliable and trustworthy for downstream analysis and decision-making.
Data Quality : Champion data integrity of the ETL process for completeness and accuracy. Conduct regular data audits, implement monitoring processes, and manage the full lifecycle of issues from discovery to resolution.
Communication & Documentation : Collaborate with product development and technical teams to deliver user-friendly guides, training materials, and documentation for the product suite.
Stakeholder Support : Triage the Measurement Intake queue and aid our stakeholders in troubleshooting data discrepancies within team SLAs and provide regular reporting on volume of requests and trends.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING - TECHNICAL SKILLS
Comprehensive experience working with data pipelines and ETL processes from ingestion through monitoring.
Advanced command of SQL and related analytics toolkits. Strong preference for Databricks experience with Notebooks or similar products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities supported with data.
Highly capable in the independent retrieval, assembly, and manipulation of data sets spanning multiple, disparate sources and technologies.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING - WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
3+ years of relevant, progressive experience. Bachelor's Degree (preferably in STEM or Business) is a plus but not required. Familiarity with SCRUM or Agile methodology as it relates to Project Delivery or Product Management.
Firsthand access and use of ad performance data (cost / click or conversion) from media platforms such as; Facebook, Google DoubleClick, AdWords, Snapchat, YouTube, Trade Desk, Twitter / X, Spotify, Google Search, DV360, etc.
Usage of Issue tracking with JIRA or similar tools such as Basecamp, Asana, or Wrike.
Creation of project related assets around completed work such as documentation, diagrams, and high-level summaries.
Experience in the ticketing and / or live event industry a plus.
