Law Library Manager

A company is looking for a Law Library Manager to lead client-facing library services and manage a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and guide department staff, ensuring efficient workflow and professional development Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the integrated library system and manage digital resources Lead research support activities and manage various client initiatives and projects Required Qualifications : Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical services or library systems management Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or leading a library or library function Strong knowledge of library technologies and digital resource management Familiarity with legal research tools and emerging technologies in law libraries
