A company is looking for an Overnight Customer Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage high call volumes and provide support through phone, chat, and email De-escalate difficult situations with empathy and maintain customer satisfaction Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience working overnight shifts 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role Experience in navigating multiple digital platforms and resolving technical issues Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing is a plus
