Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely updates.
- Arrange and coordinate complex travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare materials and agendas for executive meetings, ensuring all required information is available.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, responding or redirecting as needed.
- Organize and oversee special projects or events as directed by senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the execution of administrative tasks.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and adapt plans to accommodate changes effectively.
