Compensation Package
Average first-year earnings starts from $46,082.40.Bonus Incentive Program :
You will be enrolled in our monthly performance-based incentive program, MAP (Motivation, Ambition, Progress). This point-based program allows you to earn between $7,000 and $10,000 annually in bonuses, in addition to your base salary.

Manage a caseload of individuals providing comprehensive services, holistic behavioral techniques, and interventions that will improve the individual's adaptive functioning in major life areasProvide direct behavioral educational services to individuals using a variety of evidenced-based psycho-educational techniquesBe on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to respond to crisesWorks with individuals one-on-one or in groups using applied behavior modification techniquesRecords and manages the individual educational and behavioral data and participates in the evaluation, assessing needs, and planning goals for the individualsParticipates in team meetings and staff training, as requiredProvide the appropriate documentation weeklyConnect the family to wrap-around services as needed including but not limited to; health services, recreational activities, childcare services, financial resources, employment resources, transportation resources, support groups, and other therapeutic servicesUtilizes the Clinical Supervisor or BCBA as an initial point of contact to strengthen their effectiveness in providing behavioral interventions to the individualJob Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related Human Service fieldRegistered Behavior Technician or BCAT certification (in good standing)Basic knowledge of BACB guidelinesBasic knowledge of Government and Commercial payer guidelinesFirst Aid / CPR CertifiedEffective communication skillsAbility to work independentlyProfessional demeanorKnowledge of acceptable social, work, and interpersonal behaviorPreferred Qualifications
