We're seeking a Performance Engineer to lead the development and analysis of aircraft performance across the full flight envelope. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you'll build physics-based models, evaluate real-world data, and support the development of operational products that define how the aircraft will fly in service.
From takeoff to supersonic cruise and final approach, you'll ensure our aircraft meet and exceed performance, efficiency, and regulatory expectations. You'll work closely with Flight Sciences, Certification, Flight Test, and Commercial teams to define performance standards and shape how our aircraft operates in real-world scenarios.

Compensation
The Base Salary Range for this position is $107,100 - $135,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long term incentives / equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
