Instructor experience or certification in related fields. Active Secret Clearance is required.
Quality Control Monitor
We are seeking experienced Quality Control (QC) Monitors to oversee the performance and compliance of contract personnel in a security services environment. Candidates must have at least two (2) years of experience monitoring quality assurance on performance-based contracts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor contractor performance, including personnel appearance, attendance, training certifications, licenses, and compliance with contract standards.
- Oversee screening post operations and ensure QC standards are maintained across all assigned locations.
- Certify and recertify annually by co-teaching the 16-hour X-Ray NWDTP curriculum, as required.
- Submit and manage QC plans and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Maintain detailed records and reports to support contract compliance.
