About the Role :

We are seeking a Multifunctional Maintenance Technician to support the operational integrity of our facility through preventive and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with experience in electrical systems and general maintenance trades, who can work independently and adapt to operational demands, including peak production periods.

Key Responsibilities :

General Maintenance

  • Perform minor electrical repairs, plumbing, drywall installation / repair, painting, and landscaping
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks and support infrastructure improvements

Equipment Operation

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts to support logistics and maintenance tasks
  • Safely move equipment and materials (up to 55 lbs occasionally)

    • Safety Compliance

  • Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
  • Proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE)

    • Support for Special Projects

  • Assist during high production periods and participate in facility improvement projects
  • Provide on-call or extended hour coverage for urgent maintenance issues

    • Qualifications : Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep
  • Familiarity with operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts (certification preferred; training provided)

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs occasionally
  • Able to work on ladders, rooftops, or outdoors in varying weather conditions

    • Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Flexible availability, including willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, or extended hours
  • Proactive communication and ability to escalate complex issues appropriately

    • Work Environment & Conditions

  • Base schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM
  • Company-provided PPE includes safety harnesses, helmets, gloves, etc.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field
  • Forklift and aerial lift certification (preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus

  • Walk or stand for a long period of hours.
  • Remain in a stationary position for long periods of hours.
  • Repetitive use of hands / fingers / wrist to handle electronic devices or tools.

  • Lift and / or move up to 35 lbs.
