Safety / Quality Control

Automation Personnel Services is currently seeking Safety / Quality Control for a fast-growing and dynamic company located in Pasadena, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to join an amazing team and grow within a company that values its employees.

Pay Rate

16.50 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday - Friday Training will be in the morning 6AM – 2 : 30PM. Regular shift 2 : 00PM – 10 : 30PM & 10 : 00PM – 6 : 30AM (some weekends & overtime). Must be able to rotate

Safety & Quality Control Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will be inspecting that everyone has their PPE. Test the units as needed.
  • Do audits of the PPE
  • You will be checking the thickness of the gauges
  • Check the calipers

Safety & Quality Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2 – 3 plus years of recent Safety & Quality
  • Strong focus on accuracy and detail to minimize errors.
  • Able to work overtime
  • Must have Texas driver’s license
  • Must be able to read and write competently
  • Steel toe boots required
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds (Lifting Assessment will be completed in the office)
  • Background check and drug screen required
