The Role

The CRO organization is responsible for driving sales and revenue performance across Lumen. As a Sr. Finance Analyst in the Business Finance team supporting the CRO org, you will develop a deep understanding of how Lumen serves our customers - and you will use this expertise to provide financial analysis and reporting support to leaders across our Sales, CS, PMO, and Finance organizations. This work includes consolidation of business segment reporting, developing budgets and forecasts, evaluating business cases, and coordinating efforts between multiple teams. The role will have Director / VP stakeholders and works cross functionally within FP&A to sync on results, provide insight, and drive recommendations.

Work Location

This position has been designated as fully remote in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

Ownership and distribution of key team assets : monthly calendar, consolidated results, executive meeting support, forecast and budget summaries.

Consolidation of monthly results across our business segments while partnering with segment teams to generate commentary appropriate for an executive audience.

Partner with the business to provide updates for various monthly business / segment reviews.

Update reporting on key programs and initiatives while partnering with the PMO team on thought leadership around success measurements.

Support business case development and results tracking across sales, revenue, and expense measures.

Deep partnership with various teams (offshore, data analytics, reporting) on both regular cadence activity and special projects.

Support bi-weekly CRO reviews, follow up with key takeaways and new areas of opportunity to analyze.

Ad hoc projects as needed to better understand key business drivers, often involving large and complex datasets.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in FP&A.

Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written skills.

Strong sense of curiosity with a desire to learn and grow.

Detail oriented with a bias towards action and execution.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges :

66,375 - $88,500 in these states : AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

69,694 - $92,925 in these states : CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

73,013 - $97,350 in these states : AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
