We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team, where you'll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement , community events , and grassroots outreach .

This is not a call center job . No cold calls. No scripts. Just real conversations that drive change and uplift communities.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the front-line voice of the campaigns you represent-helping nonprofit partners connect with the public in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent nonprofit organizations at live events , fundraisers , and community outreach programs
  • Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
  • Share powerful messages about social causes, nonprofit missions , and community needs
  • Educate individuals on each nonprofit's goals, impact , and ways to get involved
  • Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement and support
  • Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Uphold our company values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism
  • Who We're Looking For

No previous customer service or outreach experience required-we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship. We're looking for passionate, people-first individuals who thrive in dynamic, public-facing roles .
