Our client is a national law firm focused on health care organizations.Due to growth, they seek a Legal Administrative Assistant working full time out of its office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support multiple attorneys in a team environment providing administrative and secretarial support, complex document editing, creating tables & spreadsheets, project management, calendar, and travel management, and maintaining paper and electronic files.
- Provide first-line support to attorneys.
- Draft, edit, and proofread complex documents for correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, format, and content in prepared materials.
- Create and maintain client files.
- Assist with timekeeping, transcription, and payment processing requests and coordinating billing processes.
- Schedule and calendar management.
- Communicate directly with clients and courts.
- Coordinate attorney travel, expense reimbursements and event registrations.
- Managing attorney memberships and credentials.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS :
3-10 years’ experience working in a law firmAbility to communicate with clients in a professional manner.Proficiency in and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel functionsExcellent administrative, writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.Work independently and with team members to find solutions to technical problems.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Salary is between 55-75K (depending on experience plus exceptional benefits).
