You'll work under the guidance of experienced HVAC technicians and contribute to the installation of high-performance systems in commercial settings. Key Responsibilities- Assist in installing commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and heat pumps.- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.- Help perform start-ups and system checks under supervision.- Ensure work complies with local, state, and federal installation codes.- Work alongside project managers, engineers, and field teams to complete quality installs.- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times. Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience in construction or a related trade, preferably with HVAC exposure.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical tools.- Must possess basic hand tools at start date.- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.- Able to follow instructions and work safely in a team-oriented environment.
