Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading manufacturer of specialty coffee, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our finance team in our main office in St. Louis, MO. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for completing inventory, finance, and accounting analysis.
Responsibilities :
- Complete month end close activities including, but not limited to prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, trend analysis
- Design, prepare and distribute reports
- Analyze sales and margin variances relative to prior periods and budget
- Prepare and Analyze Gross Margins by customer and product type
- Complete monthly bank reconciliation
- Create scorecards to track sales and service level performance
- Lead semi-annual physical inventory counts and periodic cycle counts including planning, coordinating all locations, variance adjustments and analysis.
- Investigate inventory and counting variances and resolve issues
- Investigate transaction errors and resolve accordingly
- Process daily and monthly transactions as needed
- Complete year-end close duties
- Utilize multiple systems to manage transactions including order entry, ERP and WMS systems
- Strong knowledge of product costing structures
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and how product costing flows through the accounting system to impact the general ledger
- Perform other duties assigned as necessary
