Position Summary
This position is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading IT projects from ideation through completion. The Delivery Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of technology solutions to meet business needs. This role involves analyzing business requirements, developing detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to methodologies and standards, and managing project lifecycles. The Delivery Leader will work closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes This role will require a proactive approach to collaboration with IT Peers when seeking new technologies to optimize business processes and will also play a pivotal role in ensuring IT's understanding of business requirements. Domestic travel may be required.
Essential Skills and Functions
o Analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, guests, or business partners.
o Drive internal BAs to contribute to these initiatives.
o Develop detailed project plans to ensure resource availability, allocation, and on-time project delivery within budget and scope.
o Ensure that developments are correctly planned according to established methodologies and standards.
o Maintain and update project work plans to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
o Keep managers and directors informed on the status of all assigned projects.
o Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis.
o Work with stakeholders and the project team to prioritize collected requirements.
o Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
o Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements that are comprehensible to the developers / project team.
o Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and / or the project team.
o Develop and conduct reviews of the business requirements to ensure correct interpretation of specifications.
o Work with external vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.
o Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, enforcing and redefining as necessary.
o Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders
o Assist in continuous process improvement initiatives as directed.
o Promote the use of technology to add value to business processes where appropriate. Travel 5-10% (to Marinette, Sturgeon Bay).
o Must abide by and enforce all organizational policies and procedures
o Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills
o Must have strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
o Must have ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor

Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and occasionally stand or walk; use hands to handle materials or equipment; reach with hands and arms; stoop and kneel; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 15 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee's workspace is in a clean and comfortable climate-controlled setting with little to no exposure to the moving equipment, elements, extreme conditions, or risk of injury. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. When entering the shipyard, areas of the work environment may not be climate-controlled and there is exposure to moving equipment, etc.
Education and Experience
o Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
o 5 - 7 Years of related work experience in Production, Engineering or Ship Building required
o Certifications and / or Licenses : Have or are willing to attain Business Analysis or Project Management certifications
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; effective communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
o Excellent supervisory, management and performance management skills; interpersonal skills; customer service skills; organizational skills; project management skills and knowledge of project management tools; and verbal and written communication skills.
o Demonstrated knowledge of the organization's core business process and operations.
