Senior Manager of FP&A

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the company's financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning models Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking Partner with business unit leaders to provide strategic financial support and improve financial outcomes Required Qualifications and Education 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership FP&A role Strong experience in SaaS or tech-enabled services; healthcare industry exposure is a plus Experience leveraging modern financial technology to drive efficiency Deep knowledge of financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance metrics Formal training in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
