Our Actuarial team is seeking exceptional college students for our Summer Internship Program, which provides meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as rewarding career path options.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL :

  • Perform tasks of a mathematical and quantitative nature using established procedures
  • Learn fundamental actuarial concepts, practices and procedures
  • Become familiar with company operations, systems and actuarial methodologies
  • Utilize actuarial tools and modeling software for pricing, valuation, and / or risk management
  • Analyze industry trends to identify impact on financials, reserves, and pricing processes
  • Create and present a final presentation for management and leadership members at the close of the internship program highlighting the work you accomplished throughout the summer

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY :

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
  • Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • 0-2 years of professional working experience
  • Understands fundamental analytical concepts, practices and procedures
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation and demonstrates high attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity and creativity
  • MS Office, Excel and SQL
  • Bonus points for R, Python and Power BI

    The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience.
