City Care is searching for a dreamer, a builder, a sustainer to help us meet the maintenance needs in our common facilities and 112-unit scattered-site property. This person will report to the Director of Facilities and will focus on the tasks of general repair and maintenance of grounds, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance, including being available for occasional on-call rotation / after-hours schedule
• Assists with move-in and move-out procedures including all required City and other inspections
• Ensures all company maintenance policies and procedures are followed
• Provides excellent customer service and always represents City Care in a professional manner
• Supports and maintains a positive and inclusive work environment
