Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? Do you thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment? Merchants Fleet is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our Accounting team within the Planning, Analysis & Consulting (FPAC) group.

Location : Merchants Fleet Headquarters in Hooksett, NH / Hybrid

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare annual financial statements, including footnotes and disclosures
  • Manage monthly financial statements, with a strong focus on securitization accounting
  • Ensure bank covenant compliance through detailed reporting and loan agreement reviews
  • Lead the automation of reporting using Planful
  • Research and interpret accounting standards, preparing internal white papers as needed
  • Assist in tax reporting and support annual filings
  • Contribute to special projects and ensure compliance with US GAAP
  • Support the annual audit process

What We’re Looking For

  • Five or more years of experience in public / private accounting and financial management
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience preparing financial statements
  • Securitization experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools like Planful
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and streamline processes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred, MBA or MSA a plus)
