Healthcare Analytics Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Healthcare Analytics. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives Manage development efforts as a liaison with business and technical partners, ensuring stakeholder alignment Mentor and manage team members to ensure continuous development and effective communication with stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and data management Working knowledge of SQL and experience with query optimization and stored procedures Preferred knowledge of programmatic coding languages such as Python and R Experience in change management processes and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI
