Quantitative Analytics Manager

A company is looking for a Quantitative Analytics Manager responsible for leading the development and validation of predictive and machine-learning models. Key Responsibilities Create models and conduct prescriptive analysis to solve business problems Lead projects involving complex problems with broad implications Review deliverables and coach team members on best practices Required Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative discipline and 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience Understanding of best practices for data capturing and analysis methods Experience with advanced Microsoft Office Suite, SQL / NoSQL, and data retrieval techniques Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS Ability to establish modeling standards and coach others on techniques
