JOB SUMMARY :
The Information Technology Technical Support Analyst I ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are represented in the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Department. This role supports hardware and software deployed within the Harris Health system via the IT Customer Service Center.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
1.Education / Specialized Training / Licensure : Two (2) year degree / certificate from a recognized computer maintenance technical school or equivalent work experience :
One of the Following is preferred :
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST)
HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA)
2.Work Experience (Years and Area) : 4 years within I.T., Three (3) years experience IT Service Call Center required, and One (1) year experience with Desktop OS and network infrastructure remote support.
