Power Platform Technical Lead

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform lead to design and implement solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Power Platform architecture and components, along with experience in developing solutions that drive business efficiencies and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and design end-to-end solutions using Power Platform to meet client and business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and craft custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.

Develop scalable and secure applications and automation workflows using Power Platform tools, Canvas Apps, and should be able to work using Model driven Apps

Guide technical teams in the implementation of Power Platform solutions, ensuring best practices are followed in development and governance.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint) and third-party platforms.

Conduct performance optimization, security audits, and ongoing system maintenance.

Stay updated with the latest features of Power Platform and advise on best practices and trends.

Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enable technical and non-technical teams to use Power Platform solutions effectively.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform implementations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

Proficiency in Dataverse, PowerShell, and integration with other Microsoft services (Azure, Dynamics 365, etc.).

Experience in implementing complex workflows, custom connectors, and APIs.

Solid understanding of security and governance principles in Power Platform environments.

Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate
