Responsibilities :

Listen actively to clients to understand their specific needs, budgets, and location preferences

Guide clients through the real estate process, including preparing and proofreading documents from leases to closing contracts

Organize and manage open houses

Serve as a trusted advisor on mortgage options and assist clients with necessary paperwork to expedite the home buying process

Attend closing dates and provide client support

Engage in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events

48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits : Flexible schedule
