A company is looking for an After Hours Travel Advisor. Key Responsibilities Arrange travel services including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and provide consultative support Maintain reservations and monitor assigned queues for accuracy and completion Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Post-Secondary Education in Travel and Tourism preferred At least 2 years of travel counselor experience or equivalent travel industry experience Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to perform basic math calculations Strong knowledge of geography and travel documentation requirements
