Director of Market Mergers and Acquisitions

A company is looking for a System Director Market Mergers, Acquisitions and Partnerships. Key Responsibilities Leads the identification, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships and transactions Drives data analysis and business case development to support informed decision-making for growth objectives Manages the overall transaction process, including project management, due diligence, and document preparation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration; Master's degree preferred Minimum of five years' experience in business development, investment banking, or healthcare management consulting Minimum of three years' project management consulting or management experience Minimum of two years' supervisory experience Healthcare experience and relevant experience with mergers & acquisitions preferred
