Key Responsibilities Formulate, enforce, and enhance work standards while supervising program personnel Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in project scheduling and reporting Provide management services including financial tracking, inventory management, and personnel evaluation Required Qualifications 16 years of work experience 5+ years of experience in IT support / service management or a related field Proven leadership experience managing personnel across multiple functional areas Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 Foundations certification US citizenship required and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
