Who are we looking for :
An experienced leader with a background implementing and deploying new products, services, or systems in a healthcare environment to oversee our Implementation team. Experience working in Medical Waste is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate must have excellent organization and communication skills and be able to interact seamlessly with customers and key internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Role Overview :
This role will be responsible for managing a team of Implementation Project Managers and other Implementation support personnel. They will take ownership for and quarterback all Implementation processes to ensure the smooth and successful deployment of the Daniels Sharpsmart system at new customer locations with minimal impact on their day-to-day operations. This includes management and tracking of the entire Implementation lifecycle from pre-contact execution to the first customer invoice and beyond.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Mange and oversee the development of Implementation Project Managers and other Implementation support personnel
- Hire and train new team members as needed
- Delegate tasks and assignments to Implementation team as needed
- Manage all aspects of implementations at new customer locations
- Work closely with the Sales team to plan for new opportunities in the Sales Pipeline
- Work closely with the Director of Installation and Supply Chain Director to ensure all product is delivered for new customer installations on time
- Develop KPIs to measure the team’s performance
- Update and create new SOPs as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to streamline processes
- Develop and implement systems, process improvements, and strategies to optimize and enhance the overall operations of the Implementation team and Implementation process
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to help resolve any issues as they arise
- Other duties as assigned

The pay range for this position is $105,000 to $130,000 base salary.Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
