Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and schedule patient visits and procedures across multiple hospitals and medical centers Collect and enter patient information into various computer systems while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure Interact with patients, physicians, and hospital staff to provide updates and resolve issues related to patient care Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Excellent customer service experience Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently Willingness to stay updated on vaccinations required for hospital work Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
