How You'll Get It Done
Serve as the internal lead, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful project executionDevelop and manage project schedules, ensuring on-time and within-budget deliverySupport engineers in evaluating scope changes and client-issued directivesPursue additional work opportunities through change orders and negotiate settlementsManage HVAC mechanics, subcontractors, procurement schedules, and material deliveryHandle cost estimation, project billings, collections, and profitability trackingEnsure compliance with contracts, specifications, codes, and company standardsIdentify and mitigate risks, resolve disputes, and lead recovery planning if neededMaintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and partnersOversee documentation, subcontracts, progress reporting, and product issue resolutionCoordinate with internal teams for resources, engineering, commissioning, and trainingFor select bundled projects, self-perform estimating, scheduling, and vendor strategyWhat We're Looking For
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)Willingness to obtain PMP certification within 2 yearsStrong verbal / written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearlyProficient with project management and financial toolsSkilled in MS Office, Adobe, Visio, and Windows-based systemsFlexibility to travel based on project needsPreferred
5+ years of project management experience in building constructionBackground in Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS, Fire / Security systemsStrong candidates may include service techs and pipe fitter leadsHiring Compensation Range : $ 86,200.00 - 144,000.00 USD Annual. (Annual rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.
