Patent Counsel

A company is looking for a Patent Counsel Global IP (m / f / d). Key Responsibilities Engage with inventors and R&D to provide counsel on IP-related matters Draft patent applications and manage examination proceedings Design and manage IP portfolios aligned with business strategy Required Qualifications M.Sc. or PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, (Bio-)Chemistry or related field Completed training as a European Patent Attorney At least four years of IP experience in an industry IP department or major law firm Proven experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in relevant fields Experience in drafting and negotiating IP-related contracts
