Job Summary :

Due to a massive influx of new customers from our marketing efforts, we are hiring multiple full-time Inside Sales Account Managers .

We are looking for high-energy, money-motivated closers and creative “storytellers” to join our team. This is a fast-paced, B2C inside sales role where you will work exclusively with our current customers in a one-call-close environment . Key Responsibilities :

Engage with our existing customer base through outbound calls to consult, advise, and sell rare and unique collectible coins.

Build instant rapport and effectively tell the story behind each product to create value and excitement.

Manage a high-volume sales process, guiding customers from initial conversation to a successful one-call-close .

Develop a deep knowledge of our products to act as a trusted advisor to collectors and new buyers.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance targets.

Maintain a professional and helpful attitude to foster long-term client relationships .

Qualifications and Skills :

A minimum of 2+ years of proven success in a sales role is required.

Experience in inside sales, a call center, or other high-volume phone sales is strongly preferred.

Expert knowledge of sales presentations, objection handling, and closing strategies .

A high-energy, resilient, and competitive personality with a drive to succeed.

Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling skills.

Unquestionable ethics, honesty, and trustworthiness.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
