Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with prospective students via phone, email, and SMS using a strategic contact approach.
- Assess and qualify applicants through interviews to ensure our programs align with their goals.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, collaborating across departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
- Build strong relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Stay compliant with university policies while maintaining a student-first mindset.
- Adapt quickly to changes and implement updates with ease.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture , embodying Chamberlain’s commitment to care and excellence.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree PreferredHas access to designated work from home office space with reliable high-speed internetExceptional verbal and written communication skills requiredProficient computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office programsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentEager to learn, retain, and implement new informationRequires the ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and evenings to accommodate student, departmental and company’s needsOffice location :

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $18.7 and $26.44 Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
