Responsibilities

Engage proactively with prospective students via phone, email, and SMS using a strategic contact approach.
Assess and qualify applicants through interviews to ensure our programs align with their goals.
Guide students through the enrollment process, collaborating across departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
Build strong relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Stay compliant with university policies while maintaining a student-first mindset.
Adapt quickly to changes and implement updates with ease.
Contribute to a supportive team culture , embodying Chamberlain’s commitment to care and excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Has access to designated work from home office space with reliable high-speed internet

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required

Proficient computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office programs

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Eager to learn, retain, and implement new information

Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and evenings to accommodate student, departmental and company’s needs

1025 Equity Dr. Houston, TX 77041

Working Hours :

On-site : 2 days per week, 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM

Remote : 2 days per week, 10 : 00AM - 7 : 00PM / 11 : 00AM - 8 : 00PM

Fridays : Remote, 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $18.7 and $26.44 Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
