Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively  with prospective students via phone, email, and SMS using a strategic contact approach.
  • Assess and qualify  applicants through interviews to ensure our programs align with their goals.
  • Guide students  through the enrollment process, collaborating across departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Build strong relationships  in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Stay compliant  with university policies while maintaining a student-first mindset.
  • Adapt quickly  to changes and implement updates with ease.
  • Contribute to a supportive team culture , embodying Chamberlain’s commitment to care and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Has access to designated work from home office space with reliable high-speed internet
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficient computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn, retain, and implement new information
  • Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and evenings to accommodate student, departmental and company’s needs

    Working Hours :

  • On-site : 2 days per week, 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM
  • Remote : 2 days per week, 10 : 00AM - 7 : 00PM / 11 : 00AM - 8 : 00PM
  • Fridays : Remote, 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM

    Additional Information

    In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $18.7 and $26.44 Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
