Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for students
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Educate and support students in their behavioral and emotional development
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior
Qualifications :
Experience working with students in a daycare or early childhood education settingStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learnersExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with a team of educators and professionalsCPR / First Aid CertifiedThis position is for our explorers classroom consisting of ages 15-24 months old.
You will oversee a classroom of four students.
