Schedule : Every Thursday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
- Clean Background & Valid Drivers License w / Clean Driving Record Required

Job Summary : Reporting to Operations Manager or designated manager, the Wrecker Rollback Driver is responsible for the efficient and safe pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles to required destination. Operate truck in a safe and legal manner in compliance with safety regulations. Perform all duties assigned by the Manager or Supervisor. Must know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed.
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to the following :
Customer service :Provide customers prompt, efficient and courteous attention.Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition.Resolve customer complaints, questions and disputes in a friendly, courteous manner. Advise Management immediately of all serious complaints or incidents.Safety :Report any occurrences which may potentially jeopardize the ability to physically or legally operate a motor vehicle to Management.Report all driving related incidents, including traffic citations, warnings, accidents or mechanical problems experienced on either private or public property, on or off the job to Management.Practice conservative, cautious and courteous operating habits.Ensure the area conditions do not threaten employee or customer safety. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries and loss or damage to any property. Report to management immediately.Operate truck in compliance with safety regulations.Other responsibilities :Maintain a good flow of communication with all personnel.Practice and promote teamwork.Assure good operating condition of equipment and facilities. Advise Management of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately.Practice proper loss prevention and reaction procedures. Report all incidents properly and immediately to Management.Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.Practice and promote company Core ValuesWrecker Rollback – Specific Responsibilities and Skills
Load and unload vehicles safely and free of damage.Provide efficient, safe and professional pick-up and delivery of vehicles associated with fleet / lease, factory and dealer consignments.Communicate with customers to verify vehicle information and condition of vehicle.Complete condition reports as required by customer and complete paperwork related to the pick-up and delivery in an efficient and accurate manner.Wrecker Rollback / Heavy Duty Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED preferred.Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.Must be able to drive vehicles with either standard or automatic transmissions.Effective customer relations, communication and interpersonal skills required.Ability to understand and adhere to Company policies in all areas.Computer skills preferred.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
