POSITION SUMMARY
Assist Scheduling team and management with work related training, administrative functions and tasks. Must be able to work under pressure, multi-task and handle confidential matters with discretion.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Train new and existing scheduling agents on processes, procedures and systems.
- Tracks and reports all scheduling performance metrics to Scheduling and Operations management team.
- Ensures all confirmation calls for all appointments at 48 hour and 24 hours are completed
- Clearing voicemails and returning calls
- Reads, routes and tracks all incoming communication to the department
- Reviews recordings for all active incident investigations and reports to management findings as required.
- Book operations travel as needed (back-up)
- Projects and reports assigned by management
- Direct and carries out managerial responsibilities such as : time and attendance, performance management and progressive discipline
- Observes all health / safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly
- Liaise with Logistics team to ensure all stock is on site for required jobs
- Liaise with Permit team to ensure all permit jobs are scheduled and completed to Acorn protocol.
- Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
- Create and maintain training curriculum for the department

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 lbs
