Now Hiring : Distribution Supervisor (Full-Time)
We are looking for a Distribution Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service across all distribution activities.
Schedule : Full-Time | Must be available 24 / 7 for critical support
Pay : Competitive (Based on Experience)
Preferred : Bachelor's Degree | Minimum 1 Year in a Supervisory Role
Bilingual (English / Spanish) Preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily team huddles and enforce safety protocols
- Oversee inbound / outbound operations and maintain inventory accuracy
- Supervise and coach warehouse and office staff
- Manage performance reviews, scheduling, and labor planning
- Ensure SLA compliance, resolve escalations, and support customer relationships
- Maintain documentation and reporting standards
- Monitor cost control, staffing levels, and equipment utilization
