The Impact of a Site Reliability Partner :

As the Site Reliability Partner, you will be expected to make sure that the plant achieves excellence in reliability performance. This includes :

  • Maintenance : Planned and unplanned maintenance management activities, planning / scheduling, and turnaround activities.
  • Operations : IOW’s, operator rounds, operator driven reliability, and process / asset design optimization.
  • Surveillance : Fixed equipment inspections, non-fixed health monitoring, PdM, and material / maintenance quality control.

    • It is expected that this role be the interface that facilitates Newton and the task optimization, evergreening, detailed analysis, and reporting that is driven by the Quantitative Reliability Optimization (QRO) holistic value-based approach. Growth in depth of maintenance, operations, and surveillance, while also growing to become a trusted advisor that delivers measured value to the customer will be essential.

    Your Job Responsibilities :

  • Support and attend maintenance planning sessions to optimize maintenance tasks
  • Generate weekly surveillance schedule
  • Support and attend MOC meetings to optimize improvements / changes
  • Evaluate and improve capital and TAR plans
  • Compare performance results with predictions and make improvements
  • Perform and facilitate RCA’s on unexpected failures
  • Maintain, improve, and evergreen Reliability programs (Newton, P&ID’s, CMMS and material management, IDMS, Machinery health, machine learning, operator rounds, IOW’s)
  • Maintain reports and dashboards and present to customer
  • Gather data / information to support reliability program as needs (field and in systems)
  • Manage Pinnacle resources on site

    • Sporadic / Seasonal tasks :

  • Attend and support PHA’s
  • Perform TAR optimization and be part of TAR Team

    • Accountabilities / Results / Success :

  • Maintaining and improving the QRO (Quantitative Reliability Optimization) program at the site
  • Influencing the customer through data driven justifications to make better reliability decisions

    • Required Qualifications :

  • 6+ years’ experience in operating facility reliability
  • Maintenance program management and execution
  • MRO and spare parts management and optimization
  • Inspection program management and execution
  • Machinery health management and execution
  • Building optimized, risk-based surveillance strategies
  • Building optimized, risk-based asset maintenance strategies
  • Implementing IOW’s and changes to operator rounds
  • Experience working in the field (large industrial / complex facilities)
  • Experience managing projects and leading teams
  • Ability to relocate to customer site and perform various required tasks in the field
  • Capable of influencing customers to improve their reliability programs
  • Perform extended hours support to customer as needed during turnarounds

    • Working Environment

  • Conditions may include working inside and / or outside. Prepare site, materials, and tools. Loading, unloading, assembly and disassembly of materials, tools, and equipment. May work in office environment or in plant around machinery with moving parts and moving objects. Working near radiant and electrical energy. Working closely with others or working alone. Working at height, including drops below ground level. Working extended or irregular hours and travelling by all possible modes of transportation. May work in conjunction with customer representatives, inspectors, and other contractors.

    • Physical Job Requirements

  • Ability to walk, stand, sit ,kneel, push ,stoop, crawl, twist, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly, climb stairs and ladders ,identify colors, hear with aid, see, write, count, read, speak, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., perceive depth, operate a motor vehicle and operate motor equipment.

    • Tools and PPE Requirements

  • Equipment (machines, tools, devices) used in performing the essential job function include but not limited to computer and related equipment, calculator, special instrumentation, hand tools, power tools, air tools, telephone, and automobile. Ability to wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to, safety glasses, hardhat, reinforced toed shoes, coveralls, gloves, and ear plugs or muffs. Must abide by safety guidelines and regulations.
