The Impact of a Site Reliability Partner :
As the Site Reliability Partner, you will be expected to make sure that the plant achieves excellence in reliability performance. This includes :
Maintenance : Planned and unplanned maintenance management activities, planning / scheduling, and turnaround activities.Operations : IOW’s, operator rounds, operator driven reliability, and process / asset design optimization.Surveillance : Fixed equipment inspections, non-fixed health monitoring, PdM, and material / maintenance quality control.It is expected that this role be the interface that facilitates Newton and the task optimization, evergreening, detailed analysis, and reporting that is driven by the Quantitative Reliability Optimization (QRO) holistic value-based approach. Growth in depth of maintenance, operations, and surveillance, while also growing to become a trusted advisor that delivers measured value to the customer will be essential.
Your Job Responsibilities :
Support and attend maintenance planning sessions to optimize maintenance tasksGenerate weekly surveillance scheduleSupport and attend MOC meetings to optimize improvements / changesEvaluate and improve capital and TAR plansCompare performance results with predictions and make improvementsPerform and facilitate RCA’s on unexpected failuresMaintain, improve, and evergreen Reliability programs (Newton, P&ID’s, CMMS and material management, IDMS, Machinery health, machine learning, operator rounds, IOW’s)Maintain reports and dashboards and present to customerGather data / information to support reliability program as needs (field and in systems)Manage Pinnacle resources on siteSporadic / Seasonal tasks :
Attend and support PHA’sPerform TAR optimization and be part of TAR TeamAccountabilities / Results / Success :
Maintaining and improving the QRO (Quantitative Reliability Optimization) program at the siteInfluencing the customer through data driven justifications to make better reliability decisionsRequired Qualifications :
